I realize, I am chronologically getting older when trainees at office report to me for their daily tasks and also when the higher-ups consider my suggestions. Yes, 7 years ago, the same day, I started my career with Infosys. I never knew, I could be with Infosys this long. Mysore Training was full of learnings and fun with new bunch of friends. Chennai, the city I hated the most became my second home town now. I don't have an answer for the people who ask me why I didn't try for the other offers. Of course, will think about it when there is a damn necessity. But for now, there is no point in looking others pocket when I am happily satisfied with what I have. I have travelled across countries, different places and learnt a lot with different people and culture. Experience, knowledge you get while travelling you can never get in any books.
Thank you very much to the wonderful people who made this seven years a blissful experience. My friends, who always find some time for me to spend with. Team mates, who never stop pulling my legs. My roommates, who never show hatred for the bad dishes I prepare. After everything, my family always protected me from people who never understands the truth of being independent is to create an identity and not to show arrogance.
Being independent doesn't mean that you are living outside the law. I wouldn't be where I am today Without these people. Thanks everyone! You can’t stop the clock from giving you another year on your age for each year you reach. But you can stop letting that number cloud your mentality! You are becoming better everyday!
